Keep it simple - IMFIT blog

The best things are simple—training included.

Keep it simple!

Today we live in an age where we have more information literally at our fingertips in just a few seconds, yet it seems that this abundance of information—and even more so, misinformation—only slows us down on the path to results.

There’s too much talk about optimization, special training methods, the optimal number of sets for muscle growth, the best tempo, recovery techniques, and so on—but not enough actual TRAINING.

Why did recreational athletes and professional athletes achieve top results 20–30 years ago without the level of knowledge, methods, or conditions we have today?

The best things are simple:

Training + proper nutrition + recovery × time = progression and results.

If you want to be faster, stronger, more explosive, bigger, leaner, or more enduring, that’s exactly how you need to train.

We often get caught up in less important details and fail to see the bigger picture.
