Today marks my return to training after 3 weeks of not working out and taking a complete break from physical activity in general. The reason I haven’t trained is that I underwent a “minor” procedure to remove varicose veins.

These 3 weeks without training were tough for me, but I solved a major health issue and I’m eagerly looking forward to getting back into training.

The point is, if you love training like I do, there are periods in life when it’s simply not possible to train for one reason or another. Sometimes life situations arise, and some things are more important than training—in this case, my health, which always comes first. Don’t make the situation worse by stressing over a short period when you can’t train.

Everything will pass, and you will return to training. Getting back into training after a period of inactivity is much faster compared to the results you achieved when you first started training.

Now is the perfect time to train and achieve new results!
