The price depends on the type of program (individual, semi-private, or group). A detailed price list is provided below each program, and we are happy to help you choose the option that best fits your goals and abilities.
Yes. We tailor the program to each individual – regardless of age, previous experience, fitness level, or past injuries. Safety and health always come first.
Trainings are held three times a week at fixed, pre-scheduled times (e.g., Monday–Wednesday–Friday at 6:00 PM). Each group has its regular time slot to ensure better organization and quality of training. If you occasionally cannot attend, there is an option to reschedule up to a certain number of times per month.
Along with the training sessions, we provide basic guidance on nutrition and physical activity outside the gym, as well as monthly progress checks.
The training session lasts 60 minutes and includes a warm-up, main workout, and cool-down. All our programs are comprehensive and focus on developing key motor and functional abilities – strength, power, mobility, balance, speed, coordination, and endurance – in varying proportions depending on the chosen program.
Sportswear, clean sneakers, a towel, and a water bottle are sufficient. Everything else is provided by the IMFIT center.
Yes. We offer a trial training session so you can get familiar with the program, trainers, and the atmosphere at the center.
Yes. Membership can be paused up to twice a year, in agreement with the trainers and according to the center’s rules.
We track progress through regular diagnostic tests and measurements, as well as by monitoring performance during training sessions. Each member receives feedback and program adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
