Groups are small (up to 6 people), allowing the trainer to give each participant enough attention and tailor the program according to their fitness level, goals, and any limitations.
Yes. Members have the option to reschedule a limited number of sessions within the same month, subject to arrangement and availability in another group.
A maximum of six people per group ensures an individualized approach and proper supervision of exercises. The atmosphere is motivating and friendly—training is serious, yet always supported by camaraderie and team spirit.
