Bad day and a perfect workout? It’s possible.
We all have days when, for some reason, we just don’t feel like doing anything. A bad day, the start of the week, fatigue, or lack of motivation.
But some of my best workouts happened on days when I really didn’t feel like it and was debating whether to even go to the gym.
Occasional skips aren’t a problem in the bigger picture; the problem arises when skipping and procrastinating become a habit. Sometimes, the most important thing is simply showing up and getting it done.
