You can come with a partner or friend, but it’s not required—we can find someone with similar goals or fitness level for you.
Each exercise has an easier and a more challenging variation, and the trainer adjusts the intensity, load, and pace for each person in real time. This way, both participants get the maximum benefit from the workout, regardless of differences in fitness levels.
Semi-individual training allows for more attention and customization than group training, while still providing motivation and the dynamics of working in pairs. It’s the perfect balance between full personalization and small-group programs.
